RingReady Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Dravara, LLC, the Florida limited liability company that operates RingReady. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, clicking an acceptance control, submitting an authorized transaction, or otherwise using RingReady, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

If you use RingReady for a club, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use RingReady.

2. U.S. eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be legally able to enter a contract. RingReady supports U.S.-based shows, organizations, lodging, RV, and travel services only. Residents of other countries are not eligible to create or use a RingReady account.

You may not use RingReady where doing so would violate law, sanctions, export controls, or a binding obligation to another party.

3. Accounts, profiles, and roles

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

One RingReady account may contain multiple profiles or roles, such as exhibitor, judge, show chair, or volunteer. Each role has its own permissions, information, and workflows. Organization access and assignments must be accepted or granted through the applicable RingReady process; adding a role does not establish a credential, appointment, club office, or authority that you do not otherwise have.

Billing identities may be separated by account or role. A billing profile identifies receipt and transaction ownership; it is not itself a payment card or bank account. You may use only information and payment methods you are authorized to use.

4. What RingReady does

RingReady provides software for reusable owner and dog profiles, show discovery, entry preparation or permitted submission, role-based organization, assignment coordination, travel planning, and related services.

Clubs and their authorized providers control show rules, eligibility, schedules, judge panels, entry limits, closing dates, fees, acceptance, changes, cancellations, results, and venue operations. RingReady may display information supplied by those parties, but cannot guarantee that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.

RingReady is not a kennel registry, superintendent, show secretary, judge, veterinary provider, travel agency, hotel, campground, insurer, or financial institution. Information in RingReady is organizational and transactional support, not legal, veterinary, judging, travel-safety, or financial advice.

5. Dog show entries and assignments

You are responsible for reviewing dog, class, owner, eligibility, fee, deadline, and show information before confirming an entry. A saved or prepared RingReady draft is not an official entry.

An entry is official only when the responsible club, registry, superintendent, show secretary, or authorized entry provider accepts it. RingReady will identify the applicable handoff or integration and will not represent a draft, opened form, or attempted transmission as accepted unless acceptance is confirmed by the responsible system.

Judge and volunteer invitations or schedules in RingReady support coordination. The appointing club remains responsible for appointments, contracts, credentials, conflicts, compensation, notices, and show-day operations.

6. Hotel, RV, campground, and travel services

Availability, rates, taxes, pet fees, deposits, cancellation terms, accessibility details, and property policies come from independent providers and may change before confirmation. Review the current terms shown for the exact selection.

When RingReady enables an in-app booking, the reservation remains an agreement between you and the identified travel provider. The provider is responsible for the property, room or site, amenities, pet policy, check-in, safety, service, and fulfillment. RingReady may help transmit requests and service a reservation but does not control provider performance.

Contact the provider or emergency services directly for urgent property, safety, weather, road, or show-site issues.

7. Payments, RingReady fees, and partner compensation

Before you authorize a charge, RingReady will show the price information available for the transaction, including any RingReady service fee charged to you, known taxes and provider fees, the amount charged now, and any amount due later to a third party.

RingReady may earn a service fee, a commission or referral payment from a provider, or both. When partner compensation applies, RingReady will disclose that relationship in the transaction experience. A provider-funded commission may be included in the provider's rate rather than separately itemized by that provider.

Payments are processed by an independent payment processor. RingReady does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. The processor's terms and privacy notice apply to its services.

Cancellation, refund, deposit, and change rules vary by show, class, lodging rate, RV site, or other selection. The controlling terms will be shown before confirmation when RingReady offers the transaction. RingReady does not promise a refund that the responsible provider has not authorized. We will not charge a payment method without the account holder's affirmative confirmation of the current transaction terms.

If a recurring paid plan is offered, its price, renewal interval, cancellation method, and effective cancellation date will be disclosed before enrollment. Those transaction-specific terms become part of this agreement.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Misrepresent identity, authority, credentials, dog information, eligibility, results, or payment authorization.
• Access another person's account, private profile, organization, entry, assignment, or reservation without permission.
• Submit malware, scrape protected data, probe security controls, overwhelm the service, bypass anti-abuse measures, or reverse engineer RingReady except where law expressly permits.
• Use RingReady to harass, discriminate, defraud, infringe rights, violate show rules, or break applicable law.
• Place passwords, full payment credentials, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information in free-text fields or support tickets.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, organizations, providers, or RingReady.

9. Your content and RingReady rights

You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Dravara, LLC a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, format, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, protect, and improve RingReady and complete workflows you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content, including information about co-owners, organization members, invitees, dogs, and payment or travel participants.

RingReady's software, branding, design, documentation, and original content are owned by Dravara, LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights. You may use RingReady only for its intended personal or authorized organizational purposes.

10. Service availability, changes, and account action

Features may vary by show, organization, provider, location, role, or account plan. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects an active paid service or confirmed transaction, when practical.

You may stop using RingReady and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingReady is provided "as is" and "as available." Dravara, LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free third-party data, show acceptance, placement, judging outcome, provider availability, travel conditions, or third-party performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dravara, LLC and its members, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, show results, or travel, even if advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Dravara, LLC for claims arising from RingReady will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid directly to RingReady for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

These disclaimers and limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit nonwaivable consumer rights.

Organization responsibility

If you use RingReady for a club or other organization, that organization will defend and indemnify Dravara, LLC from third-party claims arising from the organization's events, rules, content, appointments, member actions, or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by Dravara, LLC's own unlawful conduct.

12. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, contact legal@ringready.org with a description of the issue and requested resolution. The parties will try in good faith to resolve the matter informally for 30 days. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using small claims court when eligible.

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where nonwaivable law of your home state applies. Subject to any right to bring an eligible claim in small claims court, state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction. You and Dravara, LLC consent to those courts.

Electronic acceptance, records, notices, and signatures have the same effect as paper versions to the extent permitted by law. You may retain these terms by printing or saving this page.

13. Changes and miscellaneous terms

We may update these terms. We will provide notice before a material change applies to an existing account or paid service. Continued use after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; when affirmative consent is required, we will request it.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms or your account without our consent; Dravara, LLC may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale.
