1. Scope and eligibility
RingReady is operated by Dravara, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Dravara," "we," "us"). This policy applies to ringready.org, the RingReady apps, and the related services that link to it.
RingReady is offered only in the United States, for U.S.-based dog shows, organizations, and travel, and only to adults age 18 or older who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. It is not intended for use outside the United States. If you access RingReady from anywhere else, you do so on your own initiative, and your information will be processed and stored in the United States.
This policy does not cover the practices of third parties, such as kennel clubs, registries, superintendents, show secretaries, hotels, campgrounds, payment processors, sign-in providers, app stores, or AI assistants you choose to use. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Show listings. RingReady compiles listings of U.S. dog shows and events from publicly available sources and from organizations. A listing may include an organization's published business contact details. An organization may ask us to correct or remove its listing by writing to support@ringready.org.
The dog show companion. If you use RingReady through an AI assistant or another third-party tool, including RingReady's dog show companion, the tool's provider handles your conversation under its own terms. We receive what the tool sends to RingReady in order to provide the service you ask for. If you ask us to send an email for you, we keep the limited records needed to honor opt-outs and to avoid sending repeated messages.
Please do not provide Social Security numbers, passwords, full payment card numbers, or bank account details in support requests or free-text fields.

4. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information as follows:
- Service providers. Companies that perform services for us, such as hosting and infrastructure, data storage and sign-in, payment processing, email and notification delivery, customer support, error monitoring and security, mapping and location services, travel booking, analytics, and tools that help us process publicly available information. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

5. Your privacy choices
- Account details. You can review and update much of your information in the app.
- Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send service messages about your account and transactions.
- Notifications and location. You can turn these off in the app or in your device settings.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state law regarding your personal information, such as rights of access, correction, deletion, and portable export, and a right to appeal our decision on a request. To make a request, email privacy@ringready.org from the email address on your account and describe your request. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law, and we may decline a request where the law permits. An authorized agent may make a request where state law allows, and we may require proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of. Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide RingReady, maintain account and transaction records, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. If you believe your account or RingReady data is at risk, contact security@ringready.org.
8. Children
RingReady is not directed to children and is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information about a minor, such as a junior handler, should be provided only by a parent or guardian and only as needed for an entry.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact privacy@ringready.org and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and, when a change is material, give any additional notice the law requires. Your continued use of RingReady after the effective date means you accept the updated policy, to the extent the law allows.
