RingReady Cookie Notice

This notice describes cookies and similar browser storage used by RingReady and how nonessential measurement will be handled.

Effective: July 23, 2026 Applies to: United States only Contact: privacy@ringready.org
On this page What these technologies are What RingReady uses Analytics and advertising Your controls Changes Contact
Current position. RingReady uses only technology needed to operate, remember requested settings, and protect public forms. RingReady does not currently load advertising trackers or Google Analytics on the waitlist.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files a website or service provider stores through your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, software development kits, pixels, and tokens. They can remember a session or preference, help a feature work, prevent abuse, or measure use.

This notice should be read with the RingReady Privacy Policy, which explains how Dravara, LLC handles personal information more broadly.

2. What RingReady uses

Purpose Examples Choice
Essential operation Account session, authentication state, security controls, load balancing, and transaction continuity. Required for the requested service. Blocking these may prevent sign-in or a workflow from functioning.
Preferences Selected role, interface state, accessibility preference, or a saved draft on the device when the feature calls for it. You can clear browser storage. Some preferences may need to be selected again.
Security and anti-abuse Cloudflare Turnstile challenge results and technical signals used to distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Required only on protected public forms. It is not used to gate RingReady payment confirmation.

Third-party essential services may set or read their own cookies under their privacy notices. For example, Cloudflare processes limited technical information when Turnstile protects a public form. RingReady configures those services for the narrow purpose shown above.

3. Analytics and advertising

RingReady does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioral advertising on the waitlist. Before nonessential analytics is enabled, RingReady will provide an appropriate consent control, update this notice, and prevent the analytics tag from loading where consent is required until a choice is made.

RingReady does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile about you across unrelated websites.

4. Your controls

You can use browser settings to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage may prevent account access, saved settings, public form protection, or transaction continuity.

If RingReady introduces optional analytics, the site will provide a direct way to accept or reject that category. We will also treat a legally recognized Global Privacy Control or similar browser signal as an opt-out request for any sale, targeted advertising, or other practice to which the signal applies.

5. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when browser technology or RingReady services change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. A new nonessential category will not be treated as essential merely to avoid offering a choice.
