RingReady

RingReady's dog show companion

Ask your AI assistant about a dog show, and it can use RingReady to help you get situated: where the show is, where to park the RV, and where to stay with your dogs. It works with assistants that speak the Model Context Protocol (MCP), such as Meta's Muse, and it needs no RingReady account.

What it can do

Find shows near a place: the ones clubs run on RingReady, and the ones listed from clubs' and superintendents' own calendars.
A show's details: its dates, venue and address with a map, the club, the judges when RingReady has them, the premium list or the club's own page, and whether the club has cancelled it.
RV parking: the club's own parking at the grounds, with its price, hookups and spaces left, and campgrounds and RV parks within 25 miles.
Pet-friendly hotels near the venue, at each hotel's own public price: the total first, including every fee the hotel collects at check-in, each named, and until when a room can be cancelled.
Book a room at one of those hotels, at the same public price. Your assistant reads you the whole quote first; you pay the hotel's booking provider, Nuitee (LiteAPI), on a secure checkout page, and the room is booked the moment your card is approved. It never asks for card details in the conversation.
Book an RV space in a club's own RV parking, once the club takes RV bookings on RingReady: only for that club's show, for your nights, while a space is open. You approve the amount in your assistant's wallet, and the club's own refund rule applies.
Look up or cancel a booking with its confirmation code and the email address you booked with, only while its terms give money back, and only after telling you how much.
What RingReady does for exhibitors, judges and show chairs, and, if you ask, an email with it.
Tell your show's chair about RingReady in your name, if you show or judge at a show that does not take its entries through RingReady.

What it does not do

It has no account, and it does not read or change yours.
It does not enter dogs in shows. Entries are made with the club or its superintendent. An entry is the club's record: RingReady never reports a dog as entered before the club does.
It never takes card details in the conversation, and it books nothing without your yes to the whole quote.

Emails it sends for you

Only when you ask, and only after your assistant has read you the address and what the email says, and you have said yes.
They come from RingReady, never from your address, and a note to a chair says it was sent at your request, in your name, through an AI assistant.
The words are RingReady's own, about RingReady. Nothing else can be added.
A chair's address hears from RingReady once a month at most; five chairs a month at most for any one show; and there is a daily cap.
Every email has a one-click link to stop RingReady's emails to that address, and after that RingReady never writes to it again.
RingReady keeps only a scrambled form of the address and when it wrote, not the address itself; see the Privacy Notice.

Ask it to write only to people you know who would expect to hear from you, under the Terms of Service.

For assistant developers

Server

MCP endpoint: https://ringready.org/api/mcp. Streamable HTTP: POST only, answered with JSON (no event stream), no session. Protocol versions 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18, 2025-03-26 and 2024-11-05.
No authentication: no account, no key, no sign-in.
Requests from web pages (a browser Origin other than ringready.org) are refused. Calls are rate-limited per caller, generously.
The initialize answer carries instructions: RingReady's rules about entries, prices and asking the person before any email. Please show them to your model.
