1. Our commitment
Dravara, LLC is committed to making RingReady accessible to people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our current design and testing target. This is a continuing goal, not a claim that every page or third-party service is perfectly conformant at all times.
We aim to provide effective access to account setup, dog profiles, show discovery, entry workflows, assignments, travel planning, support, and legal information.
2. Measures we take
RingReady's accessibility work includes:
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, instructions, and status messages.
- Keyboard access and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative treatment that does not create noise for assistive technology.
- Color contrast, non-color cues, readable text, and layouts that support browser zoom and narrow mobile screens.
- Stable control sizes, touch targets, and responsive layouts for repeated show-day use.
- Automated checks paired with keyboard, screen-size, and manual interaction review.
- A support channel for reporting barriers and requesting a reasonable alternative.
3. Compatibility
RingReady is designed for current versions of major browsers on mobile and desktop and for common assistive technologies supported by those browsers. Very old browsers, disabled JavaScript, unusual browser extensions, or unsupported combinations may not provide the intended experience.
If a feature is not usable in your setup, contact us. We will work with you on an available alternative while we investigate the barrier.
4. Third-party content and services
Official entry systems, premium lists, maps, payment components, hotel or campground booking tools, and other third-party content may have their own accessibility characteristics. RingReady seeks accessible providers and in-app paths where practical, but Dravara, LLC does not control every third-party service.
Please report a third-party barrier encountered through RingReady. We can help identify an available contact or alternative and use the report in provider review. Clubs, venues, hotels, and campgrounds remain responsible for the accessibility of their physical locations and services.
5. Feedback and accessibility support
We welcome reports about accessibility barriers. Email support@ringready.org with the page, feature, and assistance needed. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a practical response as promptly as the issue allows.
